WoordEnZin is a digital learning platform operated by Codifire Software B.V., registered at Hanzeweg 31, 7418 AV Deventer, Nederland, Chamber of Commerce 96123613, VAT ID NL867478603B01.

WoordEnZin provides interactive online Dutch courses, including theory, vocabulary, listening and language exercises. No physical product is shipped.

An account, a current JavaScript-enabled browser and internet access are required for registration, payment and initial loading. Audio requires speakers or headphones. Some previously loaded content may work offline.

Security, compatibility and content updates are delivered automatically through the website during the access period.

Before payment, the order summary identifies the selected course or all courses, a fixed access period of 1 or 12 months and the total euro price including VAT and unavoidable charges.

Each purchase is a prepaid fixed access period. It does not renew or charge automatically. Extension requires a new order.

The contract is formed after you review the order, accept these terms, click “Order and pay”, and PAY.nl confirms the order.

Available payment methods are shown before payment and on PAY.nl’s secure payment page. We do not add payment or administration fees.

Access starts when PAY.nl confirms receipt of payment server-to-server. Bank transfers may remain pending longer. The return page alone never activates access.

You normally have 14 days from the day after contract confirmation to withdraw without giving a reason. Use “Undo purchase”, the model form, or an unambiguous email.

If you expressly request immediate access during this period, service starts after payment confirmation. If you withdraw, you owe only the proportion already supplied; we refund the balance within 14 days using the same payment method.

A future extension period that has not started is not supplied. Your withdrawal takes effect when sent, even if operational processing follows later.

Your account is personal. Do not share credentials or paid access, use the service unlawfully, or disrupt it for others.

Course content, software, design and marks remain owned by WoordEnZin or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use for the purchased period.

All statutory rights for digital services remain available. Report defects through our contact details; when the service does not conform, we will investigate and provide a free remedy within a reasonable time.

Planned maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. Nothing excludes liability that mandatory consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Our privacy and cookie notices explain personal-data and necessary-technology use. We do not disadvantage an active fixed period through changes unless law or security requires it.

Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory protection in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent court.
